Poor UI/UX in many existing apps
Solution:
CashPerks provides a clear, intuitive interface where users can earn, track,

Research and Persona
To better understand the needs and expectations of users, I did research online by looking at 10 cash-back apps to analyse their usability, features, and overall user experience. This helped identify common pain points and gaps in existing solutions that CashPerks could address. Key Findings:
74% of users said they had trouble tracking their points balance across multiple stores. 68% found redemption processes confusing, requiring too many steps. Users preferred real-time updates on earned and spent points to avoid surprises. Many wanted a universal system that works across various brands and retailers instead of handling separate store-based apps. Gamification elements such as achievement badges, bonus point opportunities, and referral rewards were seen as motivating factors.
